How to add/follow RSS feeds for Medium?
Step 1:
Get the RSS feed. Medium provides RSS feeds for user profiles and publications.
User profile
In two ways you can use the RSS feed URL for the user profile, medium.com/feed/@username or username.medium.com/feed
For example https://timdenning.medium.com/feed
Publications
For a Medium publication's RSS feed, add /feed/ before the publication's name, for example:
Publications with custom domains
For a publication on a custom domain, add /feed/ to the end of the URL.
Tagged pages in publications
For a feed from a Medium publication's tagged page, add /feed/ before the publication's name.
Topic pages
To grab a feed of a specific topic page on Medium, add /feed/ right after medium.com, for example:

Step 2:
Once we have the RSS link we can search for it in the Spotlight page search bar and follow it.
Step 3:
Finally, add it to any of your folders, and from now on, it will update with all new entries.
