I have subscribed to Pro but I have not been upgraded yet?

There are two common reasons why you might be experiencing this issue:

  1.  The status may not have been updated on your account yet. In this case, kindly log out of your account and log back in to see if the status has been updated.
  2. You must have upgraded another account. In such cases, please ensure that you have logged in with the account that was actually upgraded. When you upgrade, you will receive an email.
